About Slide Puzzle

Slide Puzzle is the classic sliding puzzle, also called the 15-puzzle, with pictures instead of numbers. One tile is missing. Tap a tile in the same row or column as the gap and it slides over, pushing the tiles in between along. Put every tile back in order and the last piece drops in to finish the picture.

Play 3 by 3 for a quick warm-up, 4 by 4 for the classic 15-puzzle, or 5 by 5 and 6 by 6 for a real test. Every shuffle can be solved. Choose from ten pictures drawn by KepoGames; the game counts your moves, keeps your best time, and saves your puzzle as you go.

Tips

Solve the top row first, then the next, and leave the last two rows for the end.
Place the last two tiles of a row together: move them into position as a pair, then slide them in.
Once a row is done, don't move it again.
Tap Picture to see the finished picture while you work out where a tile goes.
