About Kepo Sudoku

Kepo Sudoku is the classic number puzzle: fill the 9×9 grid so every row, every column and every 3×3 box holds the digits 1 to 9 once. Some cells start filled in; the rest is logic. Every puzzle has exactly one solution, so you never need to guess.

Pick Easy, Medium, Hard or Expert, or play the Daily puzzle, the same one for everyone all day. Pencil in notes, undo any move, and use the lightbulb if you're stuck. Wrong numbers turn red, Kepo cheers each row, column or box you finish, and each level keeps its own puzzle and your best time.

Tips

Start with the rows, columns and boxes that are nearly full: the missing digit is often the only one that fits.
Look for a digit that can only go in one cell of a box. On Easy and Medium that's all you need.
On Hard, use notes: when a digit's only spots in a box line up in one row or column, it can't go anywhere else in that row or column.
Your best time only counts games without hints, so save the lightbulb for when you're really stuck.
